Executive Director of the Sona Valliappa Group with a wide Experience in various Businesses and at different levels. Thyagu Valliappa has handled manufacturing (Textile, Garments) Plantations, Technology, Infrastructure, Ware-house Logistics and Education.

With the Techno Commercial experience the approach is always been to bring in Technology, Best process and Process reengineering to build in dynamic flexible group of Company  which is always evolving.

Actively involved in leading Chamber of Commerce both in State of Karnataka & Nationally and has a distinct activeness of being the youngest President of Bangalore Chamber of Industry & Commerce and Employees Federation of Southern India.

In the Education sector Thyagu the Vice chairman of Sona College of Technology and Thyagarajar Polytechnic College is looking at bringing in new forms of learning methods, Technology in teaching learning platform, sports & cultural activity for over 10,000 students.

The Textile Business, the oldest in the Group Thyagu Valliappa is building a Brand for Work wear, Uniform and Linens on B2B sectors with value added products like wrinkle free on fire retardant, anti microbial, water resistant, bullet proof etc

The real estate of Infrastructure, Logistics sector of the Group has worked with Toyota Kirloskar, Samsung India, Bosch Rexoth, Texas Instrument, Oracle India and Cisco Systems. He has been leading the commercial as well as the operations in setting up IT parks, Ware housing and Factories .He has captioned the project of nearly 100 thousand sq ft factory building for Bosh Rexoth which was built in record of 100 days.
