8th International Yoga Day celebrations

Sona created a way for a healthier lifestyle!
Sona Group of Institutions celebrated International Yoga Day today at their campus. Thousands of students participated in the event and practiced yoga.
We feel immense pleasure to have the Honorable Health and Family Welfare Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr.Ma.Subramanian, District collector of Salem Mr. Karmegam, MLA Mr.Rajendran, our Chairman Mr.C. Valliappa, Vice Chairmen Mr. Thyagu Valliappa, and Mr. Chocko Valliappa with us to celebrate International Yoga week 2022 on 22nd June 2022.
The minister insisted on the importance of medicine to reach nook and corner of the world and most importantly the role of Yoga and Naturopathy to the students and other dais members. He also shared his own inspirational story with the students and gave a strong hope and motivation for life.
