Medical Camp on 12 May 2024

An impactful medical camp was recently organized at the Vanniyar Sri Mariamman Temple and Kaliamman Temple in Seelanaickenpatti, Salem, on Sunday, May 12th, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event was inaugurated by Salem’s Ward No. 60 Councillor, Mr. A. Anaivaradhan, and honored by Dr. N. Asokan, Dean.

The camp commenced with participant registration, followed by comprehensive vital parameter checks, including blood pressure, blood glucose, height, and weight measurements. Subsequently, attendees received personalized consultations with healthcare professionals, offering dietary guidance, lifestyle modifications, and tailored treatment prescriptions encompassing yoga therapy, acupuncture, acupressure, moxibustion, and pranayama.

A total of 69 patients availed themselves of these services, marking a significant step in community healthcare outreach and wellness promotion.
